Putting customers’ health and safety at first place, CLINICZ is committed to providing 360’ support and care without compromise, as well as valid and reliable treatment information. To ease different concerns about proceeding with laser treatments before and after COVID-19 vaccination, hereby our supervisor from CLINICAL CENTER OF EXPERTISE presents to you the advice:

  1. Q: Is it suitable to receive laser or thermal treatments after COVID-19 vaccination?
A: If customers do not feel unwell or have any skin allergies 4 days after COVID-19 vaccination, they can receive laser or thermal treatments on or after the 5th day.

  2. Q: Why should I receive laser or thermal treatments at least 4 days after COVID-19 vaccination?
A: It is because within 4 days after COVID-19 vaccination, the customers’ immune system will become active to stimulate the development of antibodies and it may hence cause certain body and skin reactions, including fevers and skin rashes. To ensure customers’ safety during treatments, we recommend the customers receive laser or thermal treatments at least 4 days after getting vaccinated.

  3. Q: How many days should I wait to be given COVID-19 vaccination after laser or thermal treatments?
A: After laser or thermal treatments, customers can be given COVID-19 vaccination whenever they want. Laser or thermal treatments will not stimulate the immune system to be active, and the skin reactions appearing after the treatments will, in general, disappear gradually when the skin moisture level regained, not affecting the vaccination thereafter.
